Presently, we do not offer indoor spaces. However, we are designing a new building that will provide the ultimate protection from the elements for your RV/Boat. Demand for these limited spaces is high and we have a waiting list for those who desire this premium level of storage. If you are interested, it is highly recommended that you consider a pre-construction contract. Our office staff will be happy to discuss this with you in detail.
Our office is open Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm and Saturday-Sunday by appointment only.
Our facility is accessible 24/7 via a gate code that will be provided to you for your convenience.
There is a full service garage located on the premises. They are able to provide maintenance, service, and state inspections.
Units & Pricing
Our storage rates are based on the length of your vehicle/boat:
Small Unit (26′ or shorter) = $145
Medium Unit (greater than 26′ and less than or equal to 36′) = $165
Large Unit (greater than 36′) = $195

All of our spaces are 12 feet wide to accommodate ease of parking.
Yes, you can reserve your unit with a 30-day security deposit.
However, if your reserved space is not committed by the expiration of the 30 days, the security deposit is forfeited or customer must begin month-to-month invoicing to secure the unit.

Agreements & Payment
To provide our customers with the most convenient and flexible option, all our agreements are based upon seasonal demand. Please call the office for more details.
30 days notice is required in order to cancel and receive a refund of the security deposit paid.
Insurance for your vehicle/boat is required in order to store at our facility. This protects all tenants in case of unforeseen events.
We have many different options of paying your monthly storage bill: online through the tenant portal, personal or bank check, money order, or credit/debit card.
We also offer an automatic payment option for your convenience.
